At 23:36 (CEST) yesterday, our search servers received a scheduled security update. There were no immediately visible effects from this.
At approximately 10:00 (CEST) today, as a result of this update, the search function became unstable for all Papirfly on-prem web sites.
At 13:00 (CEST) today, the problem was resolved and the search function began working for all web sites.
Some sites may experience reduced performance over the next few hours as the search indexes are being rebuilt.
We are now monitoring the situation to ensure we pick up any other issues that may arise.
When the performance is back to normal, we will take a closer look at the root cause and take steps to avoid this problem from happening again.
